Headline News from Hells Angels MC Baltimore

Headline: Carlton W. "Bill" Spencer R.I.P. Brother
Tuesday - 03/28/2006
Referrer:

Carlton W. "Bill" Spencer, age 63 of Lewiston, Maine. Husband, Father, HELLS ANGEL.

After a courageous battle with Lung Cancer, has passed on to the HELLS ANGELS FOREVER CHARTER. He was born in Dover NH on July 21, 1942, the son of Barbara Spencer who predeceased him. He had worked in the steel industry as a welder for most of his life. Although Bill was a man of few words, (unless there was an uninterrupted flow of his favorite beverage, Coors Light) he was a man of character, and substance, and true to his word. He was loved and respected by all that had the pleasure of knowing him. He will be forever missed by his wife Kim, whom he married on July 25, 1981, his son Christopher of New Jersey, a daughter Shanon and her husband Scott Gammon of Lewiston, his half sister Dorleen "DD" Miller of Tennessee and ALL his Brother HELLS ANGELS.
In the 1960's, Bill traveled to California, where he discovered his real passion ... MOTORCYCLES. After a few years out west, he rode back on his beloved Knucklehead Chopper painted by the Legendary Von-Dutch, to which this day one of his closest friends, Peter Clarke of Sabattus, Maine still holds on to the gas tank from that chopper.
Bill was a founding member of the very first motorcycle club in Maine, The KOSAKS MC, along with Peter Clarke, George "Pudgy" Gibson, Ken Kilby, John Bartlett, Gunnar Heath, Henry Maheiu, Junior Madore, Dick Corriveau, and Bob Raymond. All of the Lewiston - Auburn Maine area.
In 1992, Bill became a member of the SARACENS Motorcycle Club of Turner, Maine. After being an intricate part of the SARACENS MC for many years, Bill and other Warriors within the ranks, left to embark on a journey that would eventually become the First Charter of The HELLS ANGELS MOTORCYCLE CLUB MAINE, based in CANAAN, Maine, in 1997, where he held the position of Club Treasurer for many years. Bill will be fondly remembered for his quick wit, a big smile, and his unwavering devotion to his family and his Brothers.
